How the Process Works

1. Initial Contact  

Send your enquiry with photos (WhatsApp or email). Matt will review the vehicle and discuss what’s needed.

2. Assessment & Estimate  

You’ll receive an estimate based on labour (£60/hr), required parts and any specialist work.

3. Booking & 20% Deposit  

To secure your workshop slot, a 20% deposit is required.  

This confirms your booking and covers initial preparation and parts ordering.

4. Work Begins  

Matt starts work on the agreed date, providing progress updates and photos where appropriate.

5. Staged Payments for Larger Projects  

For full restorations and long-term projects, staged payments are agreed at the start  

(e.g. after strip-down, fabrication/welding, paintwork, final assembly).

6. Completion & Final Payment  

Once the work is completed, the remaining balance is due on collection.  

Matt will walk you through everything that’s been done.
